Janet Roark joined EnerNex in July 2010 and is responsible for office and administrative support for the EnerNex team. Her responsibilities include assisting the Marketing Manager in managing the corporate website and publishing the company newsletter, meeting & event planning, purchasing and project support both internally as well as for EnerNex clients.
Prior to coming to EnerNex, Janet spent 13 years at Anderson News Company, at the time the second largest periodical wholesaler in the US, achieving increasing career growth and responsibility. In her final position, Corporate Promotions Coordinator, she was responsible for sales & marketing, contract management and database management. There she collaborated with Magazine Publishers, National Distributors and Consultants to increase magazine sales and distribution as well as develop new and repeat business.
In addition, Janet managed multiple customer service functions, including program compliance, special events, distribution and product placement. Her cross-functional departmental duties included managing a monthly book procurement, coordinating logistics and handling claims.
Janet has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, also holding positions in advertising and meeting planning. She possesses strong communication and organizational skills making her an integral part of EnerNex’s future success.
