Jeny Dowlin accepted the position of Client Communications Coordinator at EnerNex in March 2010. She is a dynamic, passionate and innovative marketing professional with expertise developing creative advertising initiatives and communications strategies to drive revenue growth.
Jeny is an expert relationship builder with attentive listening skills, audience-focused presentations and customer relations that deliver win-win situations. She is highly experienced in brand/project management, public/media relations, traditional advertising, and online communications.
Jeny is responsible for supporting external client marketing and communication within the Corporate PR and Marketing department. She provides support by acting as the liaison between clients and EnerNex to ensure project communication goals are met. Jeny assists in the creation of marketing plans and monitors the client’s marketing budget and timelines through the project process.
Jeny received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University. Her core competencies include strategic marketing plans, project management; communications strategies; product launches; web architecture/content, online marketing/social media, email campaigns, brand identity development, WOM/grassroots marketing, market trend analysis, competitive market positioning and consumer feedback/monitoring.
