Kirk Graves joined EnerNex in March 2010, as the Human Resources Manager. Kirk is a dedicated, competitive, highly team-oriented person with an awareness of the importance of hard work, perseverance, high ethical standards and personal development. He has over fifteen years of human resources experience and is responsible for providing sound HR leadership by identifying, creating and driving key people strategies with business partners to involve, empower and motivate employees.

In addition, Kirk’s responsibilities include implementing, driving and maintaining sustainable HR programs, practices and initiatives which further enhance the capability of the organization to deliver the company’s goals and objectives.

Kirk received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee in 1994. He was a former University of Tennessee cheerleader and the Lady Vols head cheerleading coach. He is actively involved in golf, softball and tennis. Kirk is an active member of the National Society of Human Resource Management and has won numerous awards, including the Starburst Award for motivation, encouragement and teamwork. Kirk also served as board member and Vice President for the Tennessee Association of Colleges and Employers, and as a board member of the Southeastern Association of Colleges and Employers.
