Gene joined EnerNex’s Power System Engineering Team in the spring of 2008. Prior to joining EnerNex, he was managing his own business. Gene had been performing power system analysis and general contracting prior to joining EnerNex. Previously in his career, Gene was President of Power Profiles where he conducted harmonic studies, switching surge studies and power quality analysis for industries and utilities. Gene also worked for Theta Technologies conducting harmonic and transient analysis studies for Spallation Neutron Source, as well as, Electrotek Concepts where he performed industrial and utility power system studies. Gene worked with the EnerNex co-founders during his time at Electrotek. Prior to joining Electrotek, Gene was employed by Systems Engineering at Cooper Power Systems. In this capacity he performed numerous power system studies using the Transient Network Analyzer and the Electro-Magnetic Transients program for analog and digital analysis of transient and steady state power system phenomenon. |
