Kirk Graves is a dedicated, competitive, highly team-oriented person with an awareness of the importance of hard work, perseverance, high ethical standards and personal development. He has over twenty-six years of experience in Business Administration and Human Resource Management and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and human resource activities. Kirk manages all billing, accounts payables/receivables, payroll, benefits administration, forecasting and data analysis. He also manages all recruiting, hiring, development and retention of employees, and ensuring that the company’s financial goals and objectives are met.

Kirk received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from King College and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee. He was a former University of Tennessee cheerleader and former Lady Vols head cheerleading coach. He is actively involved in golf, softball and tennis. Kirk is an active member of the Tennessee Valley Human Resources Association, Oak Ridge Human Resources Association, and the National Society of Human Resource Management. Kirk has won numerous awards, including the Starburst Award for motivation, encouragement and teamwork. Kirk also served as board member and Vice President for the Tennessee Association of Colleges and Employers, and as a board member of the Southeastern Association of Colleges and Employers.
